1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a contract between you ("User") and ADSTIK INTERAKTIVE LTD, UIC 206749752, registered at 13 Yuri Venelin Str., floor 4, apt. 7, Varna 9000, Bulgaria ("Adstic"). By registering or using the service, you accept these Terms in full.

If you don't agree with any clause, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Adstic is a SaaS platform for managing marketing content on social networks. Core features:

  • AI-powered text and image generation
  • Scheduling and publishing posts to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Automated reply to comments and direct messages
  • Meta ads campaign management
  • Analytics and reports

3. Registration and account

  • You must be at least 16 to register (18 for business accounts)
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
  • One person/company = one account
  • You may not sell or transfer your account to a third party without our written consent

4. Subscription and payment

4.1 Pricing

Current pricing is published at adstic.bg/pricing. Prices are in EUR, excluding VAT (unless stated otherwise).

4.2 Billing period

Monthly or annual depending on the plan. Charged automatically on the first day of each period.

4.3 Refunds

See Refund Policy. In short: 14-day cooling-off period for new users (EU Consumer Rights Directive).

4.4 Cancellation

Cancel any time from Settings → Plan & Usage. Access remains until the end of the paid period.

4.5 Price changes

We give at least 30 days notice before any price increase. If you disagree, you may cancel without penalty.

5. Acceptable use

You may NOT use Adstic for:

  • Spam, phishing, or fraud
  • Promoting illegal goods or services
  • Hate speech, harassment or defamation
  • Copyright infringement
  • Reverse engineering or scraping the platform
  • Reselling features without written consent

Violations lead to immediate account termination without refund.

6. Social accounts and content

  • You are responsible for everything we publish on your behalf through Adstic
  • You comply with the rules of each social network (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • If a platform restricts our access due to your violation, we are not liable
  • Adstic reserves the right to moderate AI-generated content that breaches these Terms

7. Intellectual property

  • The platform (code, design, logos, copy) is the exclusive property of Adstic
  • Content you generate with the AI tools remains yours — Adstic claims no ownership over your posts
  • AI-generated images are subject to the underlying model's terms (Replicate, OpenAI, Anthropic)

8. AI limitations

AI tools provide suggestions, not final truth:

  • Review and approve generated content before it publishes
  • Adstic is not liable for harm caused by automated publishing without review
  • AI can make factual errors — verify before posting

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law:

  • Adstic is provided "as is" without implied warranties
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability (we target >99% uptime, but do not warrant it)
  • Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid Adstic in the 12 months preceding the incident
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, business reputation)

These limitations do not apply in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, harm to life and health, or where law forbids them.

10. Termination by Adstic

We may terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay for more than 30 days
  • Are subject to a legal order

Before termination, we give a 14-day cure period (except for serious violations — spam, fraud).

11. Changes to these Terms

Changes are published on this page and you are notified at least 30 days before they take effect. If you disagree, you may cancel your subscription.

12. Governing law and disputes

  • Governing law: Bulgarian law
  • Disputes that cannot be resolved out of court are settled by the competent Bulgarian court at Adstic's registered office (Varna)
  • Consumer users (natural persons) have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence

We are not obligated to participate in proceedings before a consumer mediation board.
