Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website adstic.bg or engaging our services. By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with Adstic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Adstic is a web development agency based in Varna, Bulgaria, specializing in the design and development of websites, web applications, e-commerce platforms, and SaaS products using modern technologies including Next.js, React, Laravel, and Supabase.
2. Services
We provide the following services:
- Website design and development — Custom websites built with modern frameworks
- E-commerce development — Online stores with full payment integration
- SaaS platform development — Custom software-as-a-service applications
- Web application development — Scalable web apps and admin dashboards
- Maintenance and support — Ongoing technical support and updates
- Hosting setup — Configuration of hosting on Vercel, Railway, or VPS
The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project proposals and contracts.
3. Project Agreements
All projects begin with a written agreement (contract or proposal acceptance) that specifies:
- Project scope and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment schedule
- Intellectual property ownership
- Revision and approval process
Work begins only after the agreement is signed and the initial payment is received.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing — All prices are quoted in EUR or BGN and are subject to VAT where applicable.
Payment schedule — Typically structured as:
- 50% upfront deposit before work begins
- 50% upon project completion and client approval
Late payments — Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur interest at the Bulgarian statutory rate.
Refunds — The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be negotiated if the project is cancelled mid-way, at our discretion.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely project delivery, clients are responsible for:
- Providing all required content, assets, and credentials promptly
- Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within agreed timeframes
- Ensuring that provided content does not infringe on third-party rights
- Designating a primary point of contact for the project
Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom design and code created specifically for their project.
The following remain the property of Adstic or third parties:
- Third-party libraries, frameworks, and plugins (subject to their own licenses)
- Pre-existing tools, templates, or components developed by Adstic
- Portfolio rights — We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
7. Warranty and Support
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project launch, covering defects in our own code. This warranty does not cover:
- Changes requested after launch
- Issues caused by third-party services or plugins
- Problems resulting from client modifications to the code
- Hosting or server-related issues
Post-warranty support is available through separate maintenance agreements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adstic shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your systems
- Issues caused by third-party services (hosting, payment processors, etc.)
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data, or trade secrets shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:
- The client pays for all work completed to date
- Adstic delivers all completed work and files to the client
- Access to shared tools and credentials is revoked
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Varna, Bulgaria, or through alternative dispute resolution if both parties agree.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
